Zermatt, steep lane

Very nice vertical drawing of the Swiss mountain with, in the foreground, sinking into the centre of the drawing, a path bordered on its right by a low zigzag wall.

On the left, along a steep wall, a wooden chalet with large black boards occupies the space. On the right, the side of a mountain is revealed in full height.

The graphic of vertical fir trees essentially feeds the rest of the drawing.

The strength of the artist’s pen translates the dynamics of this world in black and white where man sinks and disappears.
